what we do?
Education
There is a big number of talented students who have all the skills but cannot afford good education. ISRA Welfare Trust identifies such talented poor students and help them by paying their tuition fee, stationary and books, and their fooding and lodging.
ISRA also hunts for talents who are willing to go for higher professional education, but money is a hurdle for them.
Another segment is orphans. ISRA has supported more than 1700 orphans since its establishment.
Health & Hygiene
Health is also a big issue in our country. Most health hazards are due to poor hygiene in the slums. ISRA make all efforts to educate the residents of such areas to be cautious about health & hygiene. ISRA also provide medical assistance to the poor and needy patients.
ISRA runs a charitable clinic under EHSAS (Education, Health and Social Awareness System; A system initiated by ISRA). EHSAS is a Urdu word which means feelings. ISRA feels the pain of poor patients and put all possible efforts to support them.
Employability Trainings
The financial upliftment of the society is also one of the objectives of ISRA. To achieve this goal ISRA provide short term courses and trainings for the development of different skills to the youths so they may become confident and can earn their bread and butter. ISRA also collaborate with different agencies for such activities.
Social Services
As they say, the friend in need is the friend indeed. ISRA believes that social service is the base to be a good human. Whenever there is any natural calamity or any emergency situation, ISRA stands with the victims to provide them all possible help that could be extended, whether floods, earthquake, or any other situations.
In the days of cold winter, ISRA distributes blankets among the needy poor people and it also distribute ration of one month to almost 800 families every year.
God helps His servants
as long as they help others
